Two malls nearby will provide you with plenty of places to get some new things and has about 60 restaurants to please any palette. The new happening spot, Pike's Place Market, is so close that you can walk home. Here you'll find an abundance of fresh produce as well as dining locations. It's simply the best place to find the freshest food in the area. Enjoy the experience of downtown living without paying the downtown price, plus you'll be in one of the nicer areas of Seattle. Walking into the building is stunning. The lobby is immaculately decorated to create an upscale atmosphere. Despite the fact that the building is filled with many people, it is still a caring community. Residents donate their previously read books to the office to be lent out to other residents, and there is also a check out service for movies. They've even started a book club! Members sometimes meet in the huge community center that has a very nice TV for whenever they feel like watching. Whatever mode of transportation you prefer, we make it easy. Parking spots are below in the basement, and a free bus zone is a couple blocks away. Instantly slim down by using the cardio machines or beef up after pumping iron in the fitness room. It has everything you need so that you feel like you're at the gym! The mezzanine area has cafe-style tables and chairs with umbrellas, plus a quality BBQ that everyone has access to. Best of all, the rooftop view of Seattle is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset.
